There are so many differences such as weapons, paint job, improvement, height and size and most importantly for me is price. Overall, I personally prefer LS03F.

Comparison between the 2 greatest grimlock. I personally will fancy more on GP due to certain reason; size, paint, details and overall proportion but i know is not for everyone though.
